Speaker Proposal Form

Use this form to submit a session proposal for all MarketingProfs speaking opportunities. Speaking presentations range between 20 and 60 minutes in length.

*Submissions received by January 30 of the event year will be considered for MarketingProfs B2B Forum, which takes place in Boston November 12–14, 2024. Speaking sessions will be in-person. Please note: MarketingProfs does not pay speaker honorariums nor cover speaker travel for the B2B Forum.

Due to the significant number of proposals received, we are not able to respond to every proposal.

Please read the following tips and information before you submit your specific session:

  • All proposals must be educational in nature, B2B-focused, non-promotional, and vendor-neutral.
  • All sessions must be original and tactical in content and offer clear, actionable takeaways/session learning objectives for attendees that you should detail below.
  • Sessions that include case studies and speakers from brand-side companies or users will receive preference over those that do not.
  • Vendor submissions must include a client-side co-speaker to present a case study as a condition to speak. (We know this sounds harsh, but it's what the attendees want and request.)
  • A slide presentation is required for all sessions, including panel sessions.
  • If you wish to be considered for an SME facilitator role, please also provide your experience/expertise on your proposed topic(s).
